Distributed form not being consistently returned

my problem work on macintosh computers , created form in acrobat 8 professional. added "submit" button , distributed form. form project request form sent our sales , broker force fill out when requesting projects. people within our company network able fill out form , "submit" form via email without problem. however, people not within our company email system fill form out , "submit" form doesn't of recipients. tried sending home computer using mac mail. looks should work , goes in "sent" folder never shows in work email email address set when distributed form. have suggestions?
