Elements Server freeze

hello,

elements server version 6.0 on windows server 2003. ten days
works fine, web-ui , email. yesterday server stops working. new job
which came in, via web-ui or email, runs till message "job starting file..." appears in log , after nohting happens. see part of log below. possible create pdf - document, manual, whit adobe acrobat. idea?
