is possible modify raspberry pi there 2 spi mosi/miso , in doing so, using 2 of gpio's?

not quite sure want do. pi supports 2 spi interfaces using common mosi/miso/sclk gpio's + 2 ¬ce gpio's. more ¬ce signals can added gating existing ones other gpio's. alternatively it's possible "bit-bang" additional spi interfaces** (but requires more gpio's).
