Question about VCC and gnd...

hi, know may sound silly question, working on ble sketch , code compiles. same wiring, can upload different codes , work. however, 1 particular code, not work when connect either vcc or gnd module.. if remove either 1 of them, serial monitor respond positively. have ideas?
