403 Permissions ERROR HELP PLEASE - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

help, joomla disappeared.

so site trying access http://www.sdsuintervarsity.org/joomla.  however, 403 error.  noticed permissions have been set 0.  tried change many times keep on getting rejected.  can't access backend yet alone view files in ftp program.  do?

"a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing directive" error when trying reset permissions




sovled.  hosting set firewall limited 200 emails hour.  when 200 email limit reached, goes 000 until notify them.  working them remove limit.
