External ip error - Raspberry Pi Forums

okay problem is,
portchecktool.com shows particular external ip network other websites (like noip.com)

according few forums, if have transmission need port forward 9091 can access remotely

but, now,
lets portchecktool.com give w.x.y.z external ip router's main page shows external ip a.b.c.d

according forums, should able use raspberry pi on w.x.y.z not able instead can access on a.b.c.d

want install noip.com 's duc on pi, updates external ip website, host works.

upadate w.x.y.z need update a.b.c.d should ? (screenshots below :)
