fixed introduced mxunit databinding failures when
-generate-abstract-syntax-tree turned on.

checkintests passed: yes

needs qa: no

needs doc: no

api change: no

code-level description of changes:

abstractsyntaxtreeutil.java

added asserts parse() catch asc changes early.

binding/databindingextension.java

modified both generateaccessorfunction()'s no longer skip
first 2 nodes abstractsyntaxtreeutil.parse() handles this.

modified generateinitfunctioncommon() set
functionsignaturenode's void_anno true.
