Broken Insert link

the "insert link" feature broken. test link -> results in http://%22http//forum.arduino.cc/index.php?board=26.0%22


it happens every link being made.  can please fix this?

on quoting post, noticed link using 'iurl' tags, not 'url' tags. did add this, maybe testing editor button iurl tags accidentally pressed. considering how forum has gone lately, i'd inclined blame tools rather operator.
