Advice on two way communication between the arduino and a webserver.

i'm doing monitoring & control project using arduino yun. i'm going monitor amount of parameters, datalogging, generate graphs in depth analysis , have control aspect such switching on/off  devices. i'm building own web page gui using microsoft expression web 4 , want achieve linking both arduino & web gui. thinking hosting web gui on google drive. came across website called temboo can forward data arduino reading google spreadsheets datalogging. possible extract & manipulate data spread sheets , display in on java based gauge widgets, display logged data on table & generate graphs on gui? control aspect of it, how go mapping control button on gui arduino through google drive. assistance or time saving alternative methods appreciated.

..hhhmmm... don't understand architecture, if need 2 way communication library between arduino , java application server, can use ardulink.
