Garbled Data from Online PDF Form

we use interactive pdf form (created in pro 8 mac) on our web site folks order tickets our performing arts center. when submitted, form data goes box office, open file in pro 8 windows, print out , process request.

forms submitted folks not on college's network come through fine. submitted folks on network (inside firewall) come through garble.

mentioned certified adobe trainer , thought had heard/read somewhere caused firewall setting , suggested post here see if can resolve issue.

the thing can see form fields use 1 flavor or of times font , ones aren't embedded in file.
