step 1 of memory improvements
graphicelement optimizes away advancedlayoutfeatures long has trivial (translation only) transform matrix.
added new ondemandeventdispatcher class allocates memory event dispatcher functionality when gets first listener.
graphicelement, overridebase, , layoutbase extend ondemandeventdispatcher.
