Need some help with making an Acrobat PDF form that can be submitted online!

i got acrobat 8 professional. trying make simple secure form can submitted inside of browser (that is; not email app) seems me have have cgi application on web server, don't quite understand. server support cgi, don't know how create xml data form collector or similar that.

could out there maybe tell me how in world i'm supposed this, or have use submit email option?

i need serious help, application driving me nuts! other has forms in acrobat appreciated.

i recommend cgi option. should written web
programmer, or existing 1 located/purchased.

just html web pages, submit e-mail. did
ever see web page submitted filled in form e-mail?
probably not, because doesn't work well.

in both cases (html, pdf) web programmer needs make solution..
