Turn Off Distiller Prompting for Filename on MAC like you already can on windows.

i've posted before, no useful reaction. there documented feature in windows distiller, useful on mac, doesn't exist there. in adobe documentation, it's called "turn off prompting filename".

in short, i'd way stop mac distiller showing dialogs not needed when controlling externally, when options 'ask pdf file destination' , 'view pdf when using distiller' turned on user, possible in windows.

i've read distillerapireference.pdf (and distillerparameters.pdf) developer documentation, , have not found way need: 'override' distiller setting ask destination filename , open pdf in acrobat when it's done. on windows, not seem problem, it's documented under "distiller api windows", in paragraph "how turn off prompting filename". better, when sending command line "/v /o outfile.pdf /j joboptionsfile inputfile" using dm_cmdline , wm_copydata, doesn't seem bring dialog or open it, need (even though see no reason why doesn't).

on mac however, there no such thing (in fact, documentation controlling distiller in way on mac short: 5 empty pages, explaning can start , stop , pass file distill).

so, how stop mac distiller showing dialogs not needed when controlling externally, when options 'ask pdf file destination' , 'view pdf when using distiller' turned on user?
