duplex printing switches to single page at a certain point in pdf file

hi everyone,

i have combined ten separate pdf files 1 complete pdf file client. problem when print file using duplex printing, they're saying @ particular point in document switches single page printing instead of duplexing way through. seems switching single page printing @ start of particular section, ie. mentioned had combined separate pdf files 1 document , switches single pages 1 of these separate documents start. went original indesign file relating document , noticed when pdf can see following in range field assume related section numbering document contains sections:

range: +1-+12

the other pdfs used create combined file have sections abovementioned numbering doesn't appear in range section problematic pdf mentioned above.

can tell me why duplexing stops @ point? have section numbering explained above? also, have tried reproduce issue end mine printing well, i.e duplexes way through, issue printer or setting have? or can fix somehow end manipulating original indesign file has sections?

really appreciate help.

it's on printer setup. if set print duplex operator comes in , uses same printer , assumes it's simplex printing can print duplex or whatever previous print setting used.
