How to drive Air Solenoid Valve?

i want drive 22 air solenoid valve using arduino (with 12v 30a power supply).

what proper way of doing this?  in spec, said rated current 200ma.  i suppose require kind of current limiting mechanism drive.  can done mosfet , pwm?  or... should done in other ways?

please show me hints.  thanks lot.

if have 12v version of device power 12v , draw 200ma. need between arduino , 12v - transistor or mosfet because arduino pin has max of 5v - , if 5v enough arduino pins can supply 20ma (40ma max).
