hello.

im using raspberry pi b , installed noobs on it. connected ethernet cable it, connected directly modem on other side. no routers, no nothing...

when type hostname -i, 127.0.1.1 , when type ifconfig, inet addr: 169.254.13.65 seems can not actual ip modem (169.254.x.x)

had same cable connected laptop in last 24hours, assume can not new ip addr in next 24hours isp (i've got static ip set on isp side). in interfaces set to: iface eth0 inet manual.

there else need set start working? or assumptions right getting new ip. please help

nobs installer / choose , not operating system

modem, yes no model or isp or country ? act dhcp server ?
