analogRead() >> help

hello ..

i need me out finish project, it's due tomorrow ..

the prof. asked attach photoresistor between analog input 1 , 5 v , attach 10kΩ resistor between analog input 1 , ground. program take reading photoresistor using analogread() , display on 7 segment display once per second.  value should displayed number 0 through 9, 0 corresponding dark , 9 corresponding light.  analogread() function outputs numbers 0 1023, can divide analogread() output 103 numbers between 0 , 9. 

how done, although, wired correctly ..

would please me project done?
