Making a wifi bridge so risc os can work any where in house - Raspberry Pi Forums

okay have old laptop/netbook laying house if runs linux go network connection , under ethernet tab on ipv4 setting
under method select ( shared other computer ) save , apply reboot
connect ehernet cable pi laptop/note book.
should able use risco os in house

why not use raspberry pi b running stripped down linux system bridge? seems more cost effective me.

have cat 5e cable strung every room wired router (i not use 802.11 [aka wifi]), though have thought using bridge @ locations other home.
