Thread: Terrible,terrible video playback


somebody please,please !!! there must can computer make video playback better.i absolutely sick death of way computer plays video content.this computer purchased me approximaytely 8 {ish} years ago {yes,i know it's old} mother gift.
now,8 years ago quite long time & think have attempted long time ago but,i pretty have gotten frustrated gave on ever trying use comp video purposes whatsoever.

now,i still use such purposes but,only occasionally.and,sometimes work okay but,usually not.on scale of 1-5,i rate computer maybe anywhere between 2-3 when comes video playback.and,to me,it doesn't make sense thing not play video & sound better does.this not cheap computer.it wasn't best but,it wasn't bottom of barrel either.

when computer purchased,a steep price payed it.and,it after all,one of more known brands of computers on market @ time.granted,it wasn't 2- $3000 computer but,still ! if there @ me thing play video better {literally} kiss their...well,you idea.

brand of comp ibm aptiva 2270.now,i'm assuming going tell me i'm going have invest in new soundcard but,short of wondering if there else can have not tried.there must can have not tried yet {considering fact haven't tried much}.

now,again,if there @ can suggest try {other new video card} {$$$$$} immensely appreciated.and,again,thank {each & every 1 of you}.and,so sorry such long post.

what need remember $1000 , considered decent computer 8 years ago considered stone age in terms of computer hardware. 4 year old computer pretty useless now.

first thing id provide full specs of computer, know it. os running?

best thing new computer, im treating "if nothing else works" solution.
