Trouble loading git with aptitude - Raspberry Pi Forums

i have downloaded image of raspbian , installed on new model 2 :-)

been while since last on forum having trouble aptitude. experienced debian user, reasonably happy aspects of using os.

but, attempting install git , aptitude tells me ...

temporary glitch or doing wrong?

have following in /etc/apt/sources.list (unchanged)

deb http://mirrordirector.raspbian.org/raspbian/ jessie main contrib non-free rpi

have remembered do:
