Ublox GPS NEO-6M Testing

can me started programming module, have been able power one, have followed tutorial arduinotronics:

i can't seem receive real response device apart blinking led.

i have make gps data logger.

most gps modules output serial data default.   you can send them instructions vary output rate , various other parameters,  should work without configuration.

if have usb serial converter,  can connect directly computer.  there various free apps computer show device doing.
