hi, new user of acrobat 3d. using import 3d models saved vrml 2.0. vrml 2.0 files include "def" tag give names groups , shapes. after import acrobat 3d, model looks (ie. correct) , model tree correctly labelled tags have used in "def" lines in vrml. however, when run simple javascript supposed toggle visibility of node, doesn't work. seems call var node = context.scene.nodes.getbyname("shape3982") fails (silently) leaving variable node no properties. so added little loop javascript print out of node names, , this: shape3982.8be9ea9e5497e59cbb202d758f95467b1b68788be9ea9e5497e59cbb202d758f95464da0294468 when use *this* string in getbyname function, things work fine. not particularly useful in form. i'd rather have plain old def'ed name vrml being provided in acrobat without garbled extension. any ideas appreciated. thanks - david barnes. hi start wip thread on quadcopter/led project. basically placing 2812' programmable led's quadcopter display , entertainment purposes (for now) . i programming , adapting led sequences wish toggle through taranis radio. preferably 6-8 sequences (rainbow, blinking, etc). i managed ppm input radio of ukhelibob initially make things simple testing code 2 sequence: 1. off state/no lights/color 2. rainbow sequence strandtest of neopixels. i seek on these  problems. 1. cannot turn off. thought strip.show turn "off" according neopixel library turns out not that, not unless coding wrong. has idea how this? 2. noticed code made implemented in such way sequence selected should finish first before can read other or next ppm input change display/sequence. want happen ability change sequence/display anytime want toggling switch in radio. here code wrote constructive input appreciated. in advance. please note noob in arduino coding code: [select] #include <adafruit_neo

for various reasons i'm building pi linux kernel github.com/raspberrypi/linux source. can 4.1 build , boot fine default configuration(bcm2709_defconfig). reason, can't of newer branches boot default configuration. meaning boot hangs @ bootloader color test pattern , don't see of typical kernel debug spew. able 4.2 boot after removed of kernel drivers , subsystems had barebones kernel. question if else has had success building , booting newer kernel branches default config(bcm2709_defconfig)? other bits of info: 1. i'm using latest bootloader github.com/raspberrypi/firmware 2. i'm building gcc 5.3.1 on rpi 2 itself(no cross compiling). 3. os i'm using debian sid since it's compiled armv7. i'm not sure that's factor since don't think rpi 2 making far boot sequence. meaning don't think it's making user mode. just wanted add think solved this. standard install command of "make install modules

dear all, i'm matteo, had experience of programming fortran , matlab during univeristy (15 years ago). i knew arduino months ago , after done trial decided try build alarm system house wrote code (in rudimental way, sorry limit). i used: 1 arduino mega 2560 1 rele module manage siren (plus 1 spare future implementation) 1 lcd 16x2 3 pir sensors 1 keypad 4x3 the code runs in way managed serial monitor (pc window) if managed lcd, after verifying of alarm password, lcd gives unusual characters (as "?", "w") permanently. typing password program runs if lcd malfunctioning (obviously). thought rele presence but, disconnected rele circuit, noticed same problem...it seems " cycle" regarding recognising of password causes problem lcd.print statement. i attach here code. does anywone have suggestion? thnks , best regards, matteo that's lot of code; expecting see shorter sketch test lcd. hi bin schon vor längerem auf den fingerprinter von adafruit gestossen. interessieren würde mich das teil schon nur die frage ist woher bekomm ich das.habs bist jetzt nirgendswo anderst gesehen, weil bei adafruit bestellen möchte ich jetzt nicht direkt wegen zoll etc. kennt wer zufällig einen shop in de der sowas hat? so nun die frage man damit machen. meine idee ist es einen türöffner zu basteln. sprich der sensor ist der tür befestigt z.b türrahmen wenn der finger eingespeichert ist dann soll der arduino diese öffnen. so nun aber die frage wie das zu realiseren ist als arduino dachte ich den uno wenn nicht sogar den pro mini 5v 16mhz, da dieser ja schon ausreichen müsste ist ja nur ein sensor und ein motor. zum eigentlichen öffen dachte ich einen kleinen motor der dann den schieber raus bzw rein schiebt. die anlage soll auch automatisch abschliessen wenn sich die tür schliesst oder nach ner zeit doch nicht geöffnet wurde z.b weil kaffee vergessen wurde  . so dies ist ein m

nach abschluss und vorschau einer dia-show kann ich die daten auf cd-r oder cd-rw brennen und tv via grundig- videorecorder gdr 6460 vcr ansehen. grundsätzlich sind die aufnahmen tv vom recorder sowohl auf vhs oder auch auf cd möglich, können auch von vhs auf cd oder von cd auf vhs kopiert werden. allerdings müssen dann cd+r oder cd+rw verwendet werden. da mir photoshop 3.0 kein brennen auf cd+r/cd+rw erlaubt, kann ich keine kopie von einer eigenen dia-show auf vhs machen. warscheinlich etwas kompliziert !! könnte man von einer cd-r eine kopie auf cd+r erstellen ?? wer weiss eine guten rat ? carlos More discussions in Deutsche Foren adobe
