somebody please,please !!! there must can computer make video playback better.i absolutely sick death of way computer plays video content.this computer purchased me approximaytely 8 {ish} years ago {yes,i know it's old} mother gift. now,8 years ago quite long time & think have attempted long time ago but,i pretty have gotten frustrated gave on ever trying use comp video purposes whatsoever. now,i still use such purposes but,only occasionally.and,sometimes work okay but,usually not.on scale of 1-5,i rate computer maybe anywhere between 2-3 when comes video playback.and,to me,it doesn't make sense thing not play video & sound better does.this not cheap computer.it wasn't best but,it wasn't bottom of barrel either. when computer purchased,a steep price payed it.and,it after all,one of more known brands of computers on market @ time.granted,it wasn't 2- $3000 computer but,still ! if there @ me thing play video better {literally

hi all. i trying make custom shield uses 16x2 lcd screen , input analog pin 0 facing problems , baffled. i followin example here http://arduino.cc/en/tutorial/liquidcrystal exact same wiring , code , shield works ok behaviour in example. fyi using arduino protoshield attaches on arduino yun , using 5k ohm potenciometer. my next  step solder 3 pin female connector has first pin directly on analog 0 , having other pin connected @ 5v pin (making shared between 5v input of screen potenciometer , female pin) , having last pin connected directly ground. since there 2 of ground pins on arduino sharing them between lcd screen , female pin. now when trying ot power arduino, there no output on screen whatsoever, after apply bit of pressure on potensiometer (its 1 of these little screw on top ) then  have someting on screen complete garbage. note have not connected sensor female pins there no cirquit there. the input changes each second means code running ok. i tried severing 5v connec

hello all, i using makerduino uno board drive 30 led/m neopixel strip, have 3m section of. of being powered 12v 9ah sla battery, lead me add 5v 5a voltage regulator required 5v led strip. strip spec'd @ 2a/m max current... i'll include images, , try explain many configurations i've tried: main problem, works, within 10 secs of powering on, reg hot enough burn skin...after 15 secs lights start act erratic , disconnect power. i have tested regulator , putting out 5v i have tested current flowing out of 12v battery , saw 1.5a while strip active i have tested current on 5v output reg , saw 1.5a while strip active... in current configuration 12v battery supplying voltage vin arduino , reg i tried isolating arduino power disconnecting vin battery , running arduino usb power...and reg got hot. am using regulator incorrectly??? in schematic view led strip not included, 3 pin header, wiring there correct, left right gnd, data, +5v... thanks in advance time

first of i'm novice @ this. site i've been working on can viewed on ie, firefox , camino when test on safari banner missing, table doesn't appear, buttons have text , main contents shifted bottom. thing did might have messed changed background color black in turn messed editor (uses css template background color- black) changed in mambot parameters not use css template.
