has encountered issues accuracy of millis() when using interrupts? using 4 interrupts measure (count signal from) digital encoders.  have noted time measurement (after i'm trying measure #of counts/unit time each encoder) seems change depending on number of interrupts in period millis() no longer match external chronometer example. i noted when try calculation such as: int counter = 0; int time = 0; int rpm=0; time = millis()/1000/60; (counter being updated each time specific interrupt triggered) rpm = counter/time; rpm either returns zeroes or bunch of irrelevant numbers (v.g., -1, -3) when supposed calculating 1,000 rpm. the weird thing when serial output time , counter values expected (v.g. counter = 2000; time = 2). doing wrong? please help!!! i think it's accurate (within accuracy of 16mhz resonator). but, steps in program take time execute, might not reading time when think reading time... quote int time = 0; time = millis()/1000/60; time s

hello pundits, i newbie in world of arduino , has been amazing experience far. i have arduino uno , arduino mini v5. trying connect sensor (i2c communication) , adafruit bluefruit le (spi communication). successful in getting talk sensor via bluetooth using arduino uno. however when tried replicate same using arduino mini has same pin-out uno, doesn't work. arduino uno = can communicate sensor using bluetooth - spi , i2c both working fine @ same time. arduino mini = can communicate sensor , bluetooth both individually not concurrently. i2c pins on mini working fine able data sensor, bluetooth part working fine can set pins on mini using bluetooth. when want both, arduino mini breaks out on i2c part , have no idea why. anyone have similar experience mini , if did overcome ? -chris i think found problem not solution. program block bluetooth(connection establish) //for i2c wire.begintransmission(address) code activate sensor wire.endtransmission() wire.r

ok new electronics , trying make own cable connect ecu on car. have been doing tons of research , think might close have questions. first off want usb on 1 side wires on other. plug wiring usb have tx, rx, ign power around 12v, grnd , clk data wire. clkcan plugged 5v on circuit board , rx, tx, , grnd go names on associated wires. don't know ign wire go though. have seen these ch340g has connections , has vcc connect 12v , work? appreciated. i might wrong, have impression usb 'standard' applies 5v signals? nervous directly connecting 12v input part of rpi. raspberrypi

hello, have asus a7sn laptop ubuntu 9.04 installed. long time have ran trouble every distro used , every time comes down multimedia experience... because of kicked linux while. still windows way better me, want use linux. yesterday installed back(ubuntu 9.04). finaly found accident how problem comes. system freezes/stutters when use(move) usb mouse (wired optical) or other external device active on usb port. read/write action on external usb hdd example. gets worse when using multiple usb (external) devices. know webcam usb internal device. looked on google thing, , yup... more people same trouble, no clear answers. seems irqs, can me on one? greetz unhappy preihoofd who's getting sick of not getting distro work on machine... hallo liebe profis, nun habe ich es endlich geschafft, das hochzeitsvideo zu schneiden und einen richtig tollen (meinen ersten) film mit menü, kapitel usw. daraus zu machen. die länge des films beträgt ca. 01:48:00 stunden. ich bin mit windows xp, premiere elements 4.0, einer großen externen 300 gb festplatte, von der lediglich 40 gb belegt sind und einem arbeitsspeicher von 1024 mb ausgestattet. so, nun möchte ich natürlich das video exportieren und ich dachte erst einmal auf die externe festplatte, denn ich weiß nicht, wie groß der film ende sein wird und welche dvd ich dafür brauche. das wäre dann irgendwann mal eine andere frage. das problem: ich kann den film nicht exportieren. die fehlermeldung ist nicht genügend speicherplatz auf laufwerk zum erstellen von temporären dateien für den brennvorgang ich exportiere so: ich geh auf den reiter verteilen, dann datenträger, wähle ordner 4,7 gb oder auch 8,5 gb, habe beides probiert, dann die ordnerposition (mein externes lauf

hallo, ich muß als diplomarbeit ein signatur plug-in schreiben das zum siegnieren funktionen des secude sdk's verwendet. ich erhalte zwar die verschlüsselte signatur von secude, weiß aber nicht in welcher datenstruktur/en ich diese bei adobe abspeichern muß und wo diese definiert und dekleriert ist/sind. ich benutze das adobe sdk 5.0 und das signdoc beispiel als grundgerüst. kann mir jemand helfen ? sebastian. p.s.:angeblich steht die lösung im adobe sdk 6.0 und es soll dort auch ein besseres beispiel geben. dieses ist aber leider nicht mehr frei erhältlich.
